Although Home Information packs have been abolished from the 1st June 2010 it is still necessary for an Energy Performance Certificate to be obtained.

The report prepared by the Energy Assessor will include details of the, construction of the house and relevant fittings including heating systems, insulation and double glazing. It will also contain advice on how to cut Co2 emissions and fuel bills.
