Anne grew up in the west country and studied law at The University of Birmingham. She took articles with a firm in Westminster, London and was admitted as a solicitor in 1988.

In 1990, Anne moved to the Brighton firm of DMH Stallard, one of the largest firms in the south east, where she joined the Family department. Anne was promoted to an Associate Partner and was part of a very successful team of family lawyers. At this time Anne was also one of the early accredited Family Mediators.

By 1997 having completed her family, Anne took a career break which co-incided with a move back to the west country.

Anne joined BRR in March 2007 at the Winscombe office specialising in all aspects of family law including divorce, fiancial settlements and public & private law issues relating to children.

Away from work, Anne is married to a solicitor and they have three children. The family is very active in their local church and local community. Anne's week-ends are spent mostly watching her sons play sports.
